Fair question. Ask it about every sweepstakes store, including the ones that dodge it. Here is the straight version. Boosted Brat is a purchase-entry sweepstakes. You buy real merch, and each product comes with sweepstakes entries. The winner is drawn by a licensed third-party administrator, not by us. There is a free way to enter with no purchase. The full terms live in the [Official Rules], and they are binding, not marketing. Read them before you spend a dollar.

No. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Buying merch is one way in. The free mail-in method — we call it AMOE — is the other, and it awards the same entries as a purchase. Same shot, no spend. The steps are on the [Free Entry / AMOE page] and in the [Official Rules]. Follow them exactly, because the details there are what count.

Every product is worth a set number of entries. Higher gear, more entries per dollar — that is the whole idea behind the gear ladder. Add more merch, stack more entries. Your entry total for the drop is confirmed at checkout. The exact entry value for each product is shown on that product and governed by the [Official Rules].

A licensed third-party administrator runs the draw, not Boosted Brat. A winner is drawn roughly every 30 days, once a drop closes. We do not touch the selection. The exact draw date and process are set in the [Official Rules] — see [DRAW DATE]. Do not take a date off a social post as gospel. The Rules are the source.

The administrator contacts the winner directly using the details on the entry, and we post it publicly after. If someone DMs you saying you won and asks for a payment or a gift card to 'release' the prize, it is a scam and it is not us. We never ask a winner to pay anything. The verification steps are in the [Official Rules].

Winner picks. Drop 01 is turbochargers, and you choose after the draw: the twin turbo kit, a single turbo setup, or the cash equivalent. No garage, no truck, no problem — take the cash. Delivery or payment happens after the administrator verifies the winner. Prize details and any conditions are in the [Official Rules].

Yes. Real shirts, real gear, printed and shipped. Buying it is how most people enter, but you get an actual product either way. Shipping times and rates are in the [Shipping & Returns policy] — see [SHIPPING TIMEFRAME] and [SHIPPING REGIONS]. Returns and exchanges follow that same policy. How a return affects your entries is spelled out in the [Official Rules].

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify, the same payment platform behind a huge chunk of online stores. Your card details go straight to the processor — we never see or store your full card number. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout: [ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS].

Eligibility — where you have to live, how old you have to be — is set in the [Official Rules]: open to [ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS], [MINIMUM AGE] and up, void where prohibited. We are not going to guess it for you here. Check the Rules for [ELIGIBLE JURISDICTIONS] and [MINIMUM AGE] before you enter.
