Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Boosted Brat “Drop 01” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the contiguous United States of America (“USA”) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable United States and state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a USA resident or are otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Boosted Brat Apparel, 12682 West Lynchburg Salem Turnpike, Blue Ridge, VA 24064 (the “Sponsor”). The drawing is conducted by an independent third-party administrator retained by the Sponsor (the “Administrator”). Entries are managed through the Giveaway Gator entry platform.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA (excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members of the Sponsor, the Administrator, and their respective affiliates and agents are not eligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on August 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on October 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. A winner is drawn for each drop approximately every thirty (30) days.

Two (2) Ways to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase is necessary and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Online Purchase

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor’s online shop at boostedbrat.com will automatically receive one hundred (100) entries for each one (1) whole dollar spent. The number of entries is based on the pre-tax amount of the eligible purchase, excluding shipping and handling charges, and after any discounts. Entry values for individual products are shown on each product page and are assigned through Giveaway Gator.

Note: Any fraudulent activity in connection with this Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited. It is fraudulent to purchase items to obtain entries with the intent to return those items after the Sweepstakes ends. If the Sponsor identifies or suspects such activity, the Entrant will be disqualified and may be banned from future sweepstakes offered by the Sponsor. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited; mechanically reproduced entries are void.

2. Free Online Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary. Entrants can receive one (1) free entry per person per day by visiting the free-entry item at boostedbrat.com/products/free-entry, adding it to cart, completing checkout at $0, and providing their full name and contact information. The free method of entry awards entries at no cost and is not conditioned on any purchase. This is the sole free (no-purchase) method of entry for the Sweepstakes.

Drawing and Notification

The prize drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The drawing will take place on or about October 21, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified by the Administrator via phone, email, and/or USPS mail.

Fraud alert: If you are selected as a potential winner, you will be contacted by the Administrator. Never provide credit card details, bank information, or a payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award. Winners are never contacted through social media, and Boosted Brat will never ask a winner to pay anything to claim a prize. You may report fraud to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov or 877-382-4357.

Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for Drop 01: a turbocharger prize package. The winner chooses one of the following: (a) a twin-turbo kit; (b) a single-turbo setup; or (c) the cash equivalent. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,500. The manufacturer or distributor of any prize component is not a sponsor of and is not an entrant in this Sweepstakes, and no association or endorsement is implied. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for Drop 01.

Prize Conditions

By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties (defined below) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize. The potential winner must sign and return to the Administrator, within five (5) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release where lawful. The winner may also be required to complete an IRS Form W-9. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed where required.

General Conditions

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned — including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes — the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received in a manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each Entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Administrator, Giveaway Gator, Shopify, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; for technical or network failures; or for any error in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and the Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. 

Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Boosted Brat Privacy Policy at www.boostedbrat.com. By entering, Entrants consent to the collection and use of their information for the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Miscellaneous

The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term. These Official Rules are the complete and binding terms of the Sweepstakes; if anything on any other Boosted Brat page (including the Help Center) conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

Winner List Request
